At Pagani Paragon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new watch. Our return policy complies with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Timeframes)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase and request a product return within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, without the need for justification.
2. Eligibility Conditions for Watches
For the return to be accepted, the watch must be in exactly the same condition as it was received. Due to the nature of the product, the following strict rules apply:

The watch must not have been worn, adjusted, or altered in any way (e.g., bracelet links removed or adjusted by third parties).

The watch must be in its original intact packaging.

All accessories must be present: instruction manual, warranty card, case cushion, and any gifts sent together.

Protective plastics: Do not remove the protective plastics from the dial, case back, or bracelet if you intend to return the item.
3. Non-Refundable Items (Exceptions)
We will not accept the return if, after technical inspection, it is found that:

The watch shows micro-scratches, marks, or signs of use on the case, glass, or bracelet;

The original protective plastics have been removed;
-
The product was damaged by misuse, drops, or contact with water beyond the manufacturer's specification.
4. How to Request a Return
Do not send the product back without contacting us first. Follow the steps below:

Send an email to paganiparagonworld@gmail.com within the 14-day period, with the subject "Return - Order #[Order Number]".

If the reason is a defect, attach clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Our team will review your request within 3 business days and send the address where the product should be shipped.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind/Model Exchange: If you are returning because you changed your mind or prefer another model, the shipping costs for returning the product are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return.

Defective Product or Our Error: If the watch arrived with a manufacturing defect or if we sent the wrong model, Pagani Paragon will cover all return shipping costs and will resend a new item at no cost, or provide a full refund.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned watch, it will undergo a technical quality inspection (which may take up to 5 business days).

If approved: The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. The credit may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your issuing bank.

If rejected: If the watch shows signs of use or does not meet the conditions in item 2, the return will be refused and the item will be sent back to the customer (with shipping costs to be charged).
