1. Our Commitment At Pagani Paragon, we are confident in the quality and precision of our timepieces. In compliance with European Consumer Law, we offer a 2-Year Legal Guarantee covering manufacturing defects for all watches purchased through our official store, starting from the date of delivery.

2. What is Covered? This warranty covers the internal mechanism (movement), the case, and the hands of the watch against defects in material or workmanship that exist at the time of delivery.

If the watch proves to be defective under normal use, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair the watch using new or refurbished parts;

  • Replace the watch with the same model (or a similar one if the original is discontinued).

3. What is NOT Covered? (Exclusions) This warranty does not apply to:

  • Batteries: The life of the battery is not covered as it is a consumable item.

  • External Wear and Tear: Normal aging of the watch, including scratches on the case, glass (crystal), or bezel; alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic straps (leather, textile, rubber); and peeling of the plating.

  • Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal), or unauthorized repair/opening of the watch by third parties.

  • Water Damage: Unless the watch is marked as "Diver's Watch" (ISO 6425), water damage caused by forgetting to screw down the crown or using the watch in hot showers/saunas is considered user error and is not covered.

4. How to Make a Claim To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team before sending any item back.

  1. Email paganiparagonworld@gmail.com with the subject "Warranty Claim - Order #[Your Order Number]".

  2. Include a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Mandatory: Attach a clear video or photos demonstrating the defect (e.g., the watch movement stopped or a loose part).

Our team will evaluate the evidence. If the defect is deemed to be covered by the warranty, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement.

5. Important Note Shipping costs to return the defective item to our inspection center may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the time elapsed since purchase, unless otherwise stated by our support team during the claim process.
